Damages
Damaged Shipments: Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package , please keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we can start the process.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
Resolution Process: Business hours (8:00-5:00 pm EST) will get the resolution process going right away. After hours please email us so we know first thing in the morning there is a problem and we will contact you promptly.
